Graduated from Queensland Uni in 1973 with Bachelor of Architecture.

Married Pam Thiele in 74 (best move I ever made).

Worked in Brisbane until mid-1980.

Moved to the Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, and worked there until Dec 1984.

Moved to Cairns in Jan 1985.

Worked as an architect until 1989, then joined a Japanese Company (Daikyo) as a project manager.

Stayed with Daikyo until May 1995, then joined a construction company as project manager/estimator.

Pam is a teacher - Learning Support at Edge Hill School.

2 Kids – Janie (1980) and Tim (1982).

Probably keep working for another 8-10 years and would like to move back to the Sunshine Coast one day.

We have a unit in Brisbane and go there regularly to see the kids and catch up with friends from the old days, some are Bundy people.

Hobbies Pam & I share include golf, bushwalking, birdwatching. Pam's a keen gardener & I am an enthusiastic but not very successful fisherman.

We enjoy our work the ease of living in Cairns but miss our friends and family in Brisbane, so we take advantage of the cheap airfares whenever possible and head south.
