Predeceased by 2 brothers, Clifford and John Cheeper.
Friends may call at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street across from city hall on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral rite. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 31, 2002 in St. Columbans Parish Hall at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice appreciated.
